It consists only of the highest quality natural products and is produced using the same processes and ground with the same millstones as classic Matcha green tea.
We blend two types of petals: butterfly pea blossoms, which are vibrant blue, and bergamot blossoms, which give it its unique flavor. Like matcha made from green tea, they are washed, steamed to firm, dried, and ground at the last moment before being placed in a container.
Naturally caffeine-free, this explosion of flavor and color is perfect for anything! It's perfect for hot or iced lattes, but also adds a special kick to lemonade or ginger beer.
Used in baked goods, it adds a magical touch to your whipped cream and ice cream.
