More about this coffee
This special coffee from Jimma, Oromia, Ethiopia, is grown by over 1,200 dedicated smallholder farmers who bring their cherries to the Liben Washing Station. Since 2007, the station, with its 100 drying beds and meticulous attention to detail, has ensured the best from each harvest. During the harvest, which lasts approximately three months, around 110 people work to ferment, wash, and gently dry the cherries—for a coffee that perfectly represents the region and its traditions.
